I have a sony trinitron XBR 32 inch... The pip was turned on by accident, but i don't have the original remote. How do i turn off the PIP? Thanks in advance.

The only way I am able to get the PIP off my Sony Trinitron XBR is to use the buttons on the top of the TV itself. (I have the original remote that came with the TV and it does not work to turn off the PIP.)
On top of the TV set itself:
-First press the Setup button once
-Next press the TV/Video button until the PIP turns off. (Note: You may need to press the TV/Video button several times to scroll through a few different screens or it may disappear the first time you press it.) This combination works every time for me whether the PIP is turned on accidentally with the Comcast remote or the original Sony remote.

Pls. use remot menu key and open main menu use DW key and select system menu see the PIP option is "ON" set option is"OFF" .
See the PIP screen is clear.

I was able to fix the problem by powering down the TV and then pressing the volume down key while powering it back on. The TV will cycle different PIP formats, just press the TV/Video button when you have the correct view.
