Before it quit turning on the colors were off with everything turning red, then one day the tv quit turning on and all you see is a flashing red light.
I have the same problem. Red light flashing and nothing happens. When I turn on the TV I hear a click noise but no picture or anything. This problem occurred when we had a power outage. Do you have any suggestion on how to fix the TV. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem...Flashing Red Light but a clicking noise, no picture. Had this repaired once with the same problem 4 years ago. Mine is a G65 TW though.

The light that you see flashing is the timer light. It is flashing because of the lack of red, green or blue. This would explain your color issue. It could e caused by the CRT (picture tube) itself or a bad connection to the CRT or a color driver component failing. Either way you need a technician to locate the issue. If its the CRT and it is out of warranty, most likely it won't be worth the repair.
