As it is a social network, you cannot do much about it. The only thing you can do is to report abuse.
1) Click on profile of the person you want to report. 2) Scroll down in that persons profile, just below the friends list of his/her you will find the link "Report/Block this Person". 3) Click on it Choose "Inappropriate profile info" and choose "contains hate speech, or attacks an individual" 4) Submit.
If you question means that whether can I know who views my profile..well,facebook doesnt have this feature. Don't get fooled by applications which proclaims that ti will show your recent visitors. Those are just spams. But you can control who can view your profile.
Your facebook profile can be viewed by 1.people in your friends list alone if you have given such privacy settings 2.friends of your friends when such privacy settings are set 3.everyone when no privacy settings are set
