I would bet the illumination lamp has reached the end of it's life (~$40 online). Should be easy to replace. Also possible the ventilation vents need cleaning, which could cause the lamp to overheat and turn off.
It time to replaced the tv projection lamp again, the tv projection lamp life span have ended. The tv projection lamp life span only last 2000 hrs.Average out like 1 1/2 or 2 years max for tv on watches 4 or 5 hrs of tv every days.
hello
When the TV has been powered on long enough for the lamp unit to get hot, it may take several minutes for
the picture to appear on-screen. See "IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT HOT LAMP R
When the TV has been powered on long enough for the lamp unit to get hot, it may take several minutes for the picture to appear on-screen
in the following situations:
• When the Quick Restart™ feature is set to OFF and you turn the TV off and then on again within a few minutes.
• If the TV is on when a short-term power failure, power surge, or other similar power failure occurs, such that the TV loses and regains
power within a few minutes.
This is a property of DLP TV lamp technology and is NOT a sign of malfunction.
If this occurs, the green LED on the TV front panel will blink (and the red LED will be lit solid) until the TV is finished restarting the lamp
and the normal picture appears. If BOTH green and red LEDs are blinking at a one-second rate, you will need to turn the TV off and then
on again to restart the lamp.
ESTART" on page 8. if this no good check the lamp in side to see if it's not burn't out good luck
if it's the lamp led that is orange, turn off the projector for a minute and try it again. if the lamp goes out and the orange led comes on again, replace the lamp and reset the lamp timer.
Did you use an original replacement lamp or an aftermarket replacement? From the price you give, it sounds like an aftermarket lamp, which are notoriously buggy and the problem may be with the lamp. If not, the lamp driver is your next likely culprit. It is also called a lamp power supply or lamp ballast.
DO you have the owners mannel if so read it and see what they would do ,have you removed the lamp and if so how did it look? some lamps only last for 5,000 hrs and others 8,000 hrs If lamp is bad TV will not come on.
if your tv is on warranty take it back to the supplier.the problem with your tv is in the power supply there is a open regulator in that circuit along with the H .O. Transistor there is a black that feeds from the HOT to the flyback which also needs to check probably it is also open.good luck my friend
