Check the gain structure through the board.
Check all the mix bus assignmentsie what is routed to the masters.
Normally hiss can be reduced with good gain structure and ensuring all not being used is correctly turned off.
Test the speakers with another suitable source
If the speaker are less hissy on the alt source and you have checked all the mixer gains and eq, it is possible the board is noisy because of some component failure. Try audio isolation transformers on the output of the board, beg or borrow a good quality pair first to test, as they are expensive.
