Bosch Nexxt 700 won't drain water after washing cycle. Switched to Spin mode, only hear humming noise. Drainage pipe is clear.

Is the pump pumping? Have you cleaned all the drain lines including the discharge hose? You may have nothing in the pump but it could be blocked somewhere else.

You need to check the drain pump externally to see if the pumping is good Also remove the drain hose clamps and remove the drain hose flushing to clear off all dirt. Now test using power to see if this works and can be simulated. When refitting, the hose must be tightened properly. If the pump/valve does not work even with power then it must be replaced. If there is intermittent power to the drain valve/pump then the program controller unit is a suspect.

Finally the washer must be placed with a tilt- use a spirit level- so that all water will drain to the outlet port and thereby there is no residual water remaining.

The E13 error code on your Bosch washer refer to a drainage problem or the pump time might have been exceeded
Either it might be due to a clogged pump, improper detergent being used, ( must use "HE" detergent ) hence suds not allowing a proper drain cycle. You should clean water drainage pipe and/or drain hose. Turn selector to off and restart 'drain, program or, on 500 plus machines, the 'refresh' program. It also says this is caused by using too much detergent. Bosch recommends using half of what the manufacturer recommends when using HE detergents. They don't recommend regular detergents. First run the short wash or refresh cycle without detergent and hopefully your lines will clear.

Humming sound could be jammed pump.Remove th filter and check pump Blades are free, nothing is stuck in it....

I would run the short wash or refresh cycle without detergent and hopefully your lines will clear. I have also read that if this persists, powder HE detergent is better to use instead of the liquid because of certain chemicals contained in the liquids that cause it to congeal in some front loader drainage pipes. There is a recall on the control board of many of these models, butyour problem is likely not related. It sounds like a plugged drain system or a possible bad drain pump. That's why you are hearing the pump running constantly. I have written a guide to help. It is here. Thanks!

I have a Bosch Nexxt Washer when it goes into the spin cycle I get EOO2 and the washer stops

My Bosch Nexxt Essence front load washer will not drain. I changed the lint filter, and insured that the drainage hose was free of debris. I removed all the wet clothes, wrung out the excess water, and redistributed the clothes. Still, no draining or spinning. Initially there was a humming sound, but now there is no sound at all when I try to restart the drain or spin cycles. All the lights are appropriately "on".

Clean out the lint draw and then run vinegar through a cycle.
If this doen't work try CLR. or/and put the drain hose to the lowest level and then put a flexible clear tube down to unblock it.
Use less detergent in the machine. I make my own detergent and I don't have any problems as one of the ingredients in it help keep all lines clear.
If that doesn't solve the problem contact Bosch directly.
