open the screen menu and select the screen aspect ratio box
adjust using the volume controls to fit the picture to the screen size

if you can see if the screen lights from behind when the picture apears for a second then the problem is probably the invertor or worse the screen

do the lines apear all the time? can you make the menu apear.where do the lines apear

black lines come only when the lcd is damaged due to dropping or jerking. You will have to change the lcd if you wan't to get rid of them. No those won't appear in the printed pictures.

tap the screen and see if any changes happends.if not, you need a new display.on rough impact such issues usually apears....sorry for my english

check if you have your cables properly snug, and check you have the right video input

In the menu functions there is a place you can change the way the image is projected on the screen. If the projector is mounted in the ceiling you need to change it to front/ceiling, but if you scroll through the options you should be able to find the one that will work for you.
