I have exactly the same problem. I have been using CD-LabelPrint for months and then all of a sudden this error started appearing. I don't know why. I wonder if its a MS update...

I too have this same problem, but with the MP 500. Worked fine for two years. I'm going to ring Canon and if I get somewhere, I will get back with a solution - hopefully

    Thank you Ozmal

Just for help (Vista) => I have found Imagecache.ic in:

    Documents and settings/<>/Application data/CD-Labelprint/1.0/Imagecache.ic

You have to fix the rights to acces this folder

And I did what you said

    And....it worked

A support tech at Canon suggested I try this.

find the file ImageCache.ic - I found it in application data folder in My Documents, delete it.

Uninstall CD Label Print, search for any other "CD Label Print" files or folders and delete them too.

Re-boot and re-install CD Label Print.

This worked for me. Hope it works for you too.

Cheers

Installing CD-labelprint version 1.41 ( cdlpwin141en.exe ) fixed this problem for me. Saved my old settings of labelprint (UserPaper.ppr, Albums.dat, ColorSpec.hst) manually by renaming the folder in Documents and settings to CD-labelprint-OLD.

The Canon Programm "CD-Label Print" has issues with Windows 7.

I solved it this way:

  1. Find the "CDLabelPrint.exe"most likely under "C:\Program Files\CD-LabelPrint"
  2. Right-Click on the File and choose Properties
  3. Select "Compatibility" and tick "Run Program ... Windows XP (SP3)"
  4. Push "OK"
  5. You should be fine now

I am trying to print a document, that has some coloured text sections, all in black and white. I am using Word for Mac on a Canon ip4300 Pixma printer. But I can't find out how? Any suggestions?

Go to file, then down to print, when the print dialog comes up click on copies and pages and go down to print settings and change from color to black and white or grayscale. Hope this helps.

Error 1250 on PIXMA ip4300 printer. Despite open tray messae will not o away or allow printing to start.

Hello,

the error message means there is something wrong with the printer and if the problem is not attended to, the error message will not go away.

In this case, the error message showing on your canon ip4300 is related to a door problem. It has something to do with the front door of your printer. I think the front door of your printer is closed of which is supposed to be opened.

So, the solution is to Open the paper output tray of your printer and the problem should be solved.

Good luck.

"Paper Output Slot Jammed" Canon Pixma iP4300

These printers are FULL of very sensitive sensors, and chances are that one of them may have a small piece of paper blocking them. If you can get the covers off by finding the "Triangle" arrow markers, you can inspect all these sensors.

Good luck!!!
