How do I download my pictures on my phone to my computer

You need a cable that plugs into your phone and with a standard USB connection to your computer. That will connect your phone to the computer, and hopefully your computer will recognize that phone. Second, you need software that will be able to how was your pictures. Most computers already have some sort of picture software. Then follow the prompts, for the download. Or you can drag and drop using Explorer? That is if you have a Windows operating system. With little information, we can't assist you very well. What kind of phone do you have and what kind of computer do you have?

Problems connecting LG Shine to computer

If your KE970 has the same OS as my wife's KF750, go to 'Menu > Settings > Connectivity > USB connection mode'. Yours must be set to 'Music sync'. Try to set it to 'Data service', instead.

Hope it works for you.

Cheers! Carlos

I want to connect to my motorola l7 phone to PC for downloading pictures,songs,vidoes....currently iam not having motorola software CD with me.But iam having cable for data transfer woth PC...Please help...

Its simple, all you need do is to connect your PC to the internet, then insert your phone with the USB and when it askes for the drivers, you use auto (internet) to install the it. This might take some time depending, on how fast your internet connection is.

Im trying to transfer pictures from my computer onto my phone

You can try to install the CD that comes with your phone to your computer, then you can connect your phone using the usb cable provided. Then you can have an access to your phone's memory, this way you can transfer data to both ways. But, since LG systems have usually problems in this usb transfers (According to the most of the users, may depend from model to model also), you can simply transfer your pictures from your computer to your microSD card (your phone has an SD card, and you can plug that microSD in a card reader using a SD adapter), then you can plug your microSD card back in your phone, and then you'll have your pictures in your phone.

Usb software

be sure you have Microsoft ActiveSync installed: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/en-us/help/synchronize/default.mspx
once this is installed, then connect you phone and follow the steps to sync. Once connected, you should be able to browse the contents of your phone from My Computer (copy and paste files or whatever).

Transfer pictures to computer

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.
