Factory reset the unit (power up unit with reset button pushed in), get the manual and use the default password to get in.

Try superman or you try googling master password for the device

Hey of you are just new try to type on the user name "admin" then in the password "admin"
or "administrator" then also in the password "administrator" if you dont change it yet. but if you alrady change it you have to manual reset it it you forgot your password.hope it works.

If its still set to default then the user name is admin and the default password is password if not then press the reset button on the back for 5 seconds and this will reset it to the default settings
