HP PSC 1610xi all in one printer, scanner, copier. I was in the middle of an important print job, and it said cartridge jammed. I tried taking out the cartridges, and reinserting, didn't help. Tried turning off and on the printer, didn't help. I don't see any obstructions in the cartridge area. HELP????

Check the settings in your printer driver. I have seen similar issues with a setting often called draft or eco mode. Where it prints very faintly.

Sounds like your pump station has gone bad. Now with two new cartridges loaded you have flooded the well and it's leaking. Clean up the mess and try using hot water in the plastic tubes to unclog them. If that doesn't work junk it and buy a new printer. It's not worth paying a HP service center to repair it as the cost will probable be more than half of what you paid for it. Sorry.

you know what to do is dis, check your key board wether it has be press dawn or the upu had been shake when you are taken it home

hve u tried removing the paper jam from a proper place.hp has provided a door behind the printer to clear paper jam.open that door n check out 4 any paper part left out in it.wish u success

ur printer paper feeder gears r jammed or misaligned. kindly get ur printer serviced from a good technician.dont worry its a normal problem.wish u success

Dear Satz This problem shows when dust has come in your printer. If you have a dust cleaner pump, you should try to pump air in your printer. And About align cartridge, "Installed cartridge again (color and black) after removing. Printer print a test print, that is called alingnment page, Take this alignment page and put it into the scanner, printing area should be on mirror side. and press scan button, which is present in keypad of printer (last one) you will hear the voice of scanning after 45 sec. light will stop blinking and still. It means cartridge have been aligned.

Any fix for this I have the same issue?
