Cant download pictures

I cant download the pictures that I recently took. And it kept saying "COACH Camera" instead of DIGIMAX. I never deleted the digimax software that I installed, nor change it or rename it with "Coach Camera". I even tried the Nero Photoshow elite for downloading pictures, it say " NeroPhotoShow Elite has detected new pictures on COACH Camera. I was asked if I like to load them? I click yes. Then it says "there are no compatible files in this folder" It seems that the samsung digimax is not recognized. I did not have a problem like this before. The camera is almost a year old. battery is good.

Now when I connect it to the usb port, camera screen's say's "connecting to the printer", instead of what it says before that its "connecting to the computer". I do not know if it has something to do with the scanner/camera wizard of my xp.

The file COACH camera appears under the folder of control panel instead of My Computer where it always appears before?

I need your kind assistance, since I am really not an expert on this matter.
