You can't unless you and she want to be the same person, basically. Emails are free and available so many places that website absolutely require a different one for each account.

You will most likely just need to sign out of your wife's account and then sign back in using your own account. The web browser may be remembering the last account that was signed in to.

You have a few options.
You can use the Mail app or,
You can use the Gmail app or
You can sign into your Gmail via the web browser - Chrome or Safari

If you sign into your Gmail account via the web browser just ensure you sign out of your wife's account if she is already signed in.

Also if your wife is already using the Gmail app, you can add another Gmail account via the Settings menu within the Gmail app.

If you have already sign up from the Email you already have then just need to sign in now. Go to Youtube site and click on Sign in. Enter your Email Id and password and click on sign in. It will accept your Email address. If you have not used your Email Address in Registration of Youtube then now just need to "Create Account". Go to Youtube site and Click to "Create Account". Give your Email address which you want to use and other information which are required.
Now you will be registered by your Email Address and Youtube will accept your email Address now.

1) Create a new email for you wife.
2) Make sure that you sign out if you wife want to sign in. Go to facebook main page (http://www.facebook.com) instead the login page.
3) If the steps failed, the easiest way is to clear your private data on the browser.
