57h93 flashing screen

If the set when first turned on has noise lines or distortion (left to right usually) but after several minutes they diminish and go away you have a bad HYPER board.

If this is the case let me know and I will advise you on options.

Hello! I have a Toshiba 57" TV, model # 57H93. When I plug it in, I can hear the relays click, but then nothing happens - no power, nothing. I was wondering if there are quick checks I can do to figure...

This set uses up to 7 fuses, some are normal glass and others are what are called pico fuses--see attached photo.

Check with set unplugged, just like any fuse.

If any are blown set will detect no voltage and set will not come on.

Let me know what you find, allow the site here is supposed to notify me by email if you comment, but major problems with that right now.

How to replace power supply?

Toshiba model 57H93 worked perfectly last night. Turned off and went to bed. Turned on this morning, and nothing, it won't turn on. Checked all cords and cables, pushed reset button, and still won't turn on. What could cause this to happen?

After power surge my tv (toshiba 52') will not power on

after a power surge if you dont have in on a surge protector it probably fried the main board in the tv so it wont work anymore..woudl probably be cheaper to buy a new tv than to try to repair the one you have now
