When turn on it flashes for about 1 second, then

Try this, it worked for me
Turn off phone
Remove battery
Wait 10 seconds
Plug in charger
Insert battery
Turn on phone

Your boot files or windows installation is corrupt.
You may need a windows disc of the same version installed to fix it, if you dont have 1, or a recovery disk, you may be left with no option but to reinstall windows (You may need to buy 1)

Try reinstalling MacOS on your laptop, as far as I know, all Mac come with recovery disks. To boot of off a disk, make sure the disk is in the drive , reboot the computer, and press C while the chime is playing. You SHOULD be able to reinstall. What your describing usually happens to very old iMacs that have bad, incompatible, or no RAM installed. If none of the above works, take it to an Apple Store, they were very helpful when my iPod had a bad battery

Ive seen this on other monitors. Look for a 1 and 2. Some monitors do NOT auto detect a signal, and this one might not. Look for a way to set the monitor from Digital input to VGA input. Try that and see.

If display issue: connect an external monitor to see if any change.

Could be spyware - boot in Safe Mode (F8) - download, install and run SpyBot (spybot.com).

I have an 5D with the same problem, It looks like the Anti shake does not initialize properly, The only bypass I found that worked (except for a real repair) is to set the display light timeout for 5 seconds, The standby timout for 1 minute, Turn the camera off, and on again, Wait for 5 sec then the display goes blank, wait for 1 minute then the camera goes in standby, (light from CF card flashed red 1 time) Then touch any button to re-activate the camera and... voila... everything works, including taking normal pictures and the anti-shake !!! So it only takes a minute everytime to startup..

Try reinstalling the driver.

Insert your Mac install disk 1 into your macbook, and restart the mac. While powering on, hold down the "C" key to boot from CD. This will take you to the Mac OS X Reinstallation window. If you are able to enter this mode, then it's just a corrupted install, and you'll need to reinstall. If you cannot enter this mode, then there may be some hardware errors on your macbook.
Comment back on if that worked. If not, we'll try some other things.

Please try relaoding windows on it with a fresh cd . Looks like ur windows is gone corrupt or u have a bad hard drive . If u try to install with a windows cd u will know if ur hard drive is crashed and needs replacement . Please try it

do you have an aftermarket video card. In the bios you have to tell the computer if it is looking for a agp/onboard or PCI video card. Either that or the video driver or settings are wrong Try safe mode to check
