You probably are going to have to take it in for service since it is a complex system.

All 4 hdmi ports stopped working on Denon receiver, how do I fix it

Have you checked to make sure it didn't restart your entire system? If not you'll have to double check everything is connected correctly, turn everything on, and change the channel on the TV back to whatever Composite video or HDMI setting it was plugged into...then make sure the Denon receiver is set to Cable

Why did my sanyo 19" hdtv all of sudden went black? what to do now?

Back-light problem. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis.

No picture on main screen

Sets with PIP use two tuners--one for main and one for PIP---likely the main got hit with the static discharge during the storm----Here we always disconnect both power and cable when a storm.

There is a way around this (will lose PIP) with a cable box connected to the audio and video inputs on rear of set---bypass the tuners and use the box to change channels and provide signal.

let me know if questions.

My Westinghouse 36 inch TV has picture and sound when I turn it on but when I change channels, the picture disappears and I have only sound. The picture comes back if you turn the TV off and back on but...

Hello, it sounds like your inverter board is goin out on the set, when you change channels if you notice on almost any TV the screen goes dark and the new channel appears, it sounds like you are not getting enough power out of the inverter board to power up the backlight enough to come on. This is why the sound remains because everything else works fine and the sound is connected to the main board.

Blue screen

Change TV viewing channel to 3 or 4. If this works your VCR's output channel got changed during storm. If this is the case, review previous answers to prblems with this VCR.

2 Shows At Once

There is no individual fuse for the SAT input. If you were able to watch 2 channels at once and then, after a storm, (with nothing else changing) you can only watch one channel, then one of the tuners has been damaged and should be replaced by someone with experience.
