The picture-taking display is unclear and pinkish

The picture-taking display is unclear and mostly pinkish colors on my Kodak M753. The display screen's text is just fine, along with pictures taken previously in review mode.

Try to reformat your internal memory, and then turn On the camera and use the auto mode or smart scene mode. Take a two pictures on a same subject then review the pictures after, now if the two pictures has lines on it and it has a pink in colors it means that the lens of the camera is defective that`s why it will not take a good picture. Please call kodak 1 800 235 6325 so you can request for repair

The regular color is pink

ur CCD is going BAD u shud contact Kodak for the problem they might do it free i had same problem in my Fuji S5000 all pink shades in pictures , in sepia and black and white there are no multiple colors so u cant see the full performance of CCD becoz they are one or two colors only , pls contact Kodak they will do it free ask them about bad ccd see link and PLS RATE ME WELL !

mine has the same problem. it's less than a year old. nothing in the manual mentioned these kind of erros.

Your CCD is out this is the unit that converts light imaged to data and has gone out. it needs replacement. normal ccd run 65.00 installed. goto www.digitalcamrepair.com for contact information.
