Try renaming the DRM folder on the computer.
- Find the directory C:/Documents and Settings/All users/DRM/. (Hint: If you do not see the DRM directory in the All Users directory, please select Folder Options in the Tools menu, select the View tab, and uncheck “Hide protected operating system files (Recommended).”
- Rename the DRM directory to “DRM2” by right-clicking the DRM folder and choosing Rename from the Shortcut menu.
your music is copy protected. There are many ways to fix this, did you copy the music from CD or download them from the internet?
