I am unable to scan on my P4350 what can I do

Please refer to the Lexmark P4350 User's Guide from the Lexmark website. The user's guide should give you more detailed instructions on how to scan using your model.

To scan documents for editing and saving as PDF files, you will need to install the Lexmark OCR scan software on your computer. The Lexmark scan software (no downloadable version) is only available in the installation disc that came with your printer. If you don't have the disc, please contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for assistance.

You can download the Lexmark P4350 driver from the Lexmark website at http://bit.ly/bETkq1. Select your operating system, download the driver, execute the file and follow the instructions on your computer screen.
However, the Lexmark OCR scan software(only available on the installation disc) may not be part of the downloadable driver. If you're still not able to scan due to this reason, please contact Lexmark technical support for additional assistance.

You can try going to the lexmark web site (lexmark.com) and downloading there free vista update for the p4350.
