Firmware update might be sucessfull. Contact the nearest authorised service center for LG.

Some blu-ray discs will not play on DVD player. Error message states "not supported file format" E/mail address is Dorray2 @cogeco.ca

If the unit says something about data storage, try putting a 1GB USB thumb drive in the front lower right of Blu-ray unit... I have a Samsung BD-C5500... Had that problem when we tried to watch Narnia #3 on Blu-ray...

Cheats On the Press Start screen, input CROSS then hold L1 + R1 and input DOWN, DOW, RIGHT, UP. The Press Start message will turn green. During gameplay, the following codes and code effects may be input and activated:

Invulnerability ... Hold L1 and input DOWN, UP, DOWN, RIGHT, RIGHT.
Pevensie Kid Life Restore ... Hold L1 and input DOWN, LEFT, LEFT, RIGHT.
Accrue $10,000 ... Hold L1 and input DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, DOWN.
Clear/skip current stage ... Hold L1 and input DOWN, LEFT, DOWN, LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT, DOWN, RIGHT, UP.
Unlock All Stages ... Hold L1 and input UP, UP, RIGHT, RIGHT, UP, RIGHT, DOWN.

If the code input is correct, the phrase Cheat Activated will appear. All codes may be toggled off by re-entry.

you can use the clear current stage trick..if you are fedup with your stand now...

I have a Curtis DVD1100UK Blu ray player that has played 5 Blu ray discs I've tried but won't play "TAKEN" or "YEAR ONE". I took the discs back to Blockbuster and they said that the player needs to connect...

yes update the firmware it should be in settings/internet settings or blu ray live settings it will solve the problem.

its just the movie companies way of trying to defeat the pirates out there

also you may want to set updates to auto

"A" regio coded Blu-Ray disc - playing on BD 370, EU version

Go to the sub menu find out if u have a NTSC/PAL.If there auto pick that.

On narnia, we have done all the quests except find the red dwarf cave and cannot get access into the dungeon buy the waterfall. Please help, thanks

Updated firmware last night (for the Bd370) and the main movie disc for Chronicles of Narnia: Lion,witch,wardrobe worked (after previously stalling). However, the bonus disc still doesn't work when I play it (just a blank screen). I traded the Blue-ray DVD from where I bought it for another one, and it made no difference. However, both Narnia discs played okay in the store on a Sharp blue-ray DVD/Tv combo.
