My samsung ml-1610 series printer's software is installed but the printer is not installed

Install driver through printer &faxes .

1. go to device mgr.
2. select update driver option
3.select the driver location path
4. then it will automatically install the proper printer.

visit the samsung website and download the software

The ML 1610 is a monochromatic laser printer (only prints black). Perhaps you have a software conflict for converting color files to greyscale when you use the printer. Try converting first to greyscale or print files that are only black. If the problem persists try to update your samsung driver software.
