I dug up my old PDA for use and found I could not remember my password. I have tried using the reset button on the back without success. Any recommendations? Is there a different procedure?
Hi, I has this problem but I found in the user manual this instructions and works ok:
1. Press and hold the Start key.
2. While holding down the Start key, push the RESET button
on the bottom of the Organizer using a pen or some other
pointed object. The following message will appear.
"Do you really want to initialize the organizer's memory (this will delete all data)? Yes:[ENTER/No:[ESC]
3. Press to initialize the Organizer.
The message .Working... Please wait.. appears while the
Organizer proceeds with the initialization procedure.
The Welcome message then appears.
The start key is the same as the power button. I pressed this down while doing the reset. Then I let go the reset while still holding down the power button. Worked like a charm.
If you dont mind loosing all data hit the reset button. The screen will say: RESET? hit the 2nd button, then enter...let it do its thing and tada, you no longer have a password!
