With right adapters it should fit in any camera. At least Canon, Nikon, Minolta, Pentax. The adapters are 10-20$ each and easy to fit in the lense.

How can I find out the settings available on a Quantaray 70-300 mm zoom lens?

Quantaray has made several different 70-300mm lenses so I'm not sure exactly which one you have. However, if the lens doesn't have a AF/M switch it's no big deal. Assuming it's an autofocus lens, it's always on. If you want to switch to manual focus, flip the switch on the camera body.

If it's an older manual-focus Quantaray lens then the question is moot.

Can I buy an adapter to use the 28-200 mm Sigma Aspherical lens fitted to my nikon d5000 camera

That depends on the lens. Sigma makes their lenses with a variety of mounts. If the lens has a Nikon mount then you don't need an adapter at all.

Since the Nikon lens mount has a deeper flange depth than other mounts, you cannot fit a lens with another mount onto a Nikon body without losing the ability to focus to infinity. Because of this, you won't find an adapter for another mount. Adapters are available to fit Nikon lenses onto other cameras but not the other way around.

How to mount q-ray 70-210mm lens on canon t3i body

Quantaray makes lenses with a variety of lens mounts. Assuming the lens has a Canon EF mount, it will fit onto the T3i just like any Canon lens. If it has a different mount, you'll need an appropriate lens mount adapter.

Does my Sigma 28-105 mm Aspherical for film camera work on my Canon 5D Mark III?

If the Sigma lens mount is a Canon FD fitting then you can get an adapter FD to EF that will allow you to use the old lens in manual mode. If your camera isn't designed to take EF-s lenses then they will not fit on the camera. My EF-s lenses will not fit on my 6D.

How to mount Quantaray 70-300mm F/4.0-5.6 Zoom Lens in Sony Alpha DSLR?

This 3rd party lens (like all of them) makes lenses specifically to fit Nikon, Canon, Pentax, Minolta, etc. camera body mounts. Each has a style mount that is unique. You can not simply mount a lens made for use on a Nikon body on a Sony body.

In order to use this lens, it MUST be the model designed for use on a Sony camera. Functionally, the lens will be nearly identical on any camera it is designed to fit, only the mount (the portion that actually mates to the camera body) differs from one lens to the other.

If you bought this lens without specifying it needs to be used with a Sony camera body (and it is for a different camera) it will NOT mount. Determine if the lens is indeed designed for a Sony camera body. You may find additional letters & numbers on the lens that can help you determine which camera body brand it fits by plugging the number into Google for a search. Additionally, the Quantaray brand is / was a Ritz Camera "house" brand. You could probably bring it to one of their stores and learn all you need to know about the lens there.

Good luck!

Will a quantaray 28-105 1:3.8-5.4 Zoom lens Autofocus from a 35mm rebel ti fit on Canon EOS Digital Rebel 6.3 MP 300D?

The 35mm Rebel Ti and the Rebel 300D use the same lens mounting protocol. All Canon cameras designated 'EOS' use the autofocus EF lenses. If your Quantaray lens worked on the Rebel Ti, it will fit and should work on the Rebel 300D.

What camara can i use with a quantaray 100-300 af lens

You can use a Quantaray lens that fits on a Canon EOS film camera body on any Canon EOS camera body - film or digital. Your choice of EOS camera depends on your budget and your needs.

I recommend starting out with a used or refurbished model - let someone else eat the depreciation on the camera. After you have shot with a digital SLR for a while you will have a much better idea what features matter most for your needs and can make a better decision what new(er) model is the best fit for your money. Obviously you know a bit about photography having used a film EOS camera but there are many things that are different about a digital body. One of the biggest differences is that they come out with a new camera several times a year, and a camera body that is just 2-3 years old will be 2-3 generations old, and worth only a small fraction of the price it sold for new - unlike film bodies that held their value much longer.

Used on a Minolta Maxxum 800 si

Hello
The Minolta AF lens will fit and work on most of the Minolta AF bodies (it will depend on exactly what lens it is as to the compatibility), you will also find that it will fit and work with the new range of Sony
digital SLR camera bodies.

The Quantaray lenses are a little bit more difficult as Quantaray make lenses for several different types of camera body, it should mention on the lens what make the lens mount is for. If you post further information about the lenses it might help.

Minolta 7000 Maxxum

The Minolta Maxxum 7000 uses a Minolta A mount, which is also used on the Sony Alpha series, as they bought out Minolta's technology. All Maxxum lenses should work for the most part on the Sony Alpha series of DSLR's, including the autofocus.
