I need to learn to reset the time on my Sharp Remote Control Watch

It's a 3 step process, which I discovered by trial & error:
1. Push the top Vol. Button
2. Push the Sel. Button. The hour number should start flashing.
3. Push the lower ch. button, each push will advance the hour setting by one hour. Repeat until you have the desired hour. That's all I needed to do, but repushing the Sel. button should highlight the minutes setting and the lower ch. button will advance the minutes as well.
