How do i repair my touch screen,its not working for my lg KU990 mobile

it have problem wit touch pad or with strip you can repair it

but i m very sorry to say that ur touch screen has gone. u just visit ur nearest LG mobile service centre and get it replaced. Very sadly this is the problem observed in LG viewty mobile handset that after using it for one two year(depending on the fequency of touch ofcourse) it goes bad and the only solution available is its replacement. comapnay should have highlighted this issue.
Anyway i think after its replacement it will be alright.

There is no other way than to give it to a mobile service centre and ask for solution.

The firmware of your phone is corrupted. The only solution is to take the phone to a reputable mobile phone engineer or LG Service Point for repair.

You need to replace the LCD screen.

If you have repaired small electronic by yourself you can try DIYing, otherwise take the phone to a repair shop.

It sounds like the LCD is broken. The Touch screen digitizer and the LCD are two seperate components, the LCD is the visual part that shows the display and the digitzer is the part that you touch. You can find these parts online and attempt the repair yourself or bring it to a mobile phone repair centre for a professional job.

they reckon if it has a screen protector on it it is "slower" to respond. So if you do have one off... remove it. but yes I do believe my touch screen is abit delayed even without a screen protector :(

When you turn the phone on and it asks for

PUK code

PIN Blocked.
Enter PUK Code

At this point the touch screen keypad is displayed portrait format with an emergency button bottom left.
The on screen keypad is active and the PUK code can be entered.
