Hi. i have bought a kingston mini sd card and was using it fine. then after a few days it didnt want to work on the computer. it still works on my phone but when i plug it into the computer, nothing shows up. when i put my old mini sd card into the computer it works fine. i can plug my phone into the computer and go to the phone browser and then into the memory card but it is slow and i would rather plug the memory card into the computer and have the window pop up(auto-play). if anyone knows whats wrong, please help. thanks.

The new card is not compatible with your photo frame. Only thing you can do is to make sure that what you use is compatible. Your manual or website will tell you the largest memory card you can use.
There are a few tricks, such as formatting the SD card in the phone first, to create the special media folders; deleting the finger print file; playing the files in vcard on the phone.
Also, if the mp3 files come from iTunes and were purchased from the internet, they may be encrypted so they can only be played on the computer they were purchesed from - they will need to be burned to CD, then ripped back (removes the security, and some sound quality loss?), or use a special purchased tool to remove the security (there are tools out there, I just haven't bought/used any of them).
try the 4gb card in a camera or phone. If the card is formatted in fat, it wont be recognized as the fat has a gb limit under 4 I believe. May want to reformat it in a camera or phone with fat32
I hope this helps - I had the same problem with several cards but eventually found a way around it. DON'T buy a new one!!!!!!!!
Make sure the SD card lock is 'off' and then use thin, opaque sticky
tape (ie non see-through; eg insulation tape) to cover the whole gap
but keep clear of the metal contacts at the back.
Your card should work fine now.....don't know why this has to be done, but it works!!!!!!!!!
I believe any SD cards larger than 2Gb are technically SDHC cards, which are not compatible with all cameras. Kingston is a decent company so I'm guessing it's not because the card is a dud. If your camera doesn't advertise SDHC compatibility then I don't think you can get the card to work in it.
