I have a Mitsubishi WD-62725 that I purchased in February 2005. The manufacture date is November 2004. I was watching a DVD the other day and all of a sudden the picture just went black. I never received a warning that the lamp was going bad. After a couple of minutes of trying to turn off and on the DVD player, the tv turned itself off and the red lamp indicator came on and stayed on. Tried hitting the reset button a few times, but that didn't help. It just went through the process of the green power light flashing for a while, then turning off. Then when I try to turn it on again, it lights green for a minute or two (no lamp power, no blue screen, nothing), then eventually turns off and the red lamp light comes back on.

I have a Mitsubishi TV model # WD-60735 in November 2008. Back in August 2010 one white star light appeared at the bottom of the screen. Now (November 2010) there are now 9 star lights. I called...

You have failing pixels. The screen is not woking as it should but having said that there is a tollerance allowed by the manufacturers, dependant upon possition.
Sanyo, with their LCD Projectors had a formula to work the problem out, I will not share that with the world as it may give issues later on.
There wer however, a few pixels allowed before a replacement screen was ordered whilst under manufacturers warranty.
Basically, if it gets too bad, as it is out of warranty I presume, a replacement Screen or a replacement set will be reyuired.

How do i adjust the date on my classic watch?? pull the pin and rotate cw or ccw no changes.i have an indigo classic watch. does date need to be adjusted every 30 day months? thanks

You have to adjust the date every February (28 or 29 days), April, June, September and November (each 30 days). Self adjusting calendars are called Perpetual Calendars and this feature is quite expensive, especially in mechanical watches. Your watch has calendar ring with 31 days printed on and the simple calendar mechanism which is changing dates from 1 to 31 inclusive,day after day, so, when the 30-day month is ending and there is no 31st date to follow, your calendar is showing 31st anyway,instead of 1st of the next month. This is when you have to adjust date. Now about the date adjusting. If you pull out crown gently, you will notice there are two clicks (positions), not just one. So the first click, when crown is not pulled out fully, is exactly for day/date adjustment. If you pull the crown further out, watch is in hand adjustment mode. Try it carefully and you will find out the right position.

My television is cutting off and takes forever to restart. the green light stays on. I have tried to reset the tv. same ol thing. replaced the lamp its not that. a big blue screen pops up before shutting...

Hello! If you haven't replaced the lamp before, I recommend you do it, since it's already 4 years old. If you already replaced it, there is a possibility you might be having a ballast issue. The ballast is the board in charge of sending all the power to the lamp so it can light up. www.discount-merchant.com/?Click=48427 These part are not that expensive and will get your TV up and running.

Likely one of two things bad here. -- a bad color wheel in the light engine is not allowing the lamp to fire, or bad capacitors on the power supply is preventing the start up process from being completed. I have seen both, but more power supply issues. The PS is up front, behind the DM module and formatter module in the "box".

Techs HATE these sets!! The main reason is that ALL of the "stuff" is inside a bunch of "boxes" that shield things, but at the SAME time--they make repair a "#itch and ALSO overheat EVERYTHING!! Hopefully--you can find one willing to take a look at your set, if not under a service plan.

Blinking green timer light

I purchased my WD 62725 in January of 2005 and have had way too many problems with something costing this much.  My green reset button is now blinking and I have read and tried all of the suggested solutions. All of them have failed.  I sure think Mitsubishi should be held more responsible than they seem to be.  Some one suggested a class action lawsuit.  I would sure join one.  Jack P

WD-62725 Need to reset to start

Good Day;

When TV will not turn on press the menu & input buttons on TV's panel, hold for 5 seconds. Count the blinks, eg; blinks 2 then pauses then blinks again. It should do this 3 times.l With that information respond back.Or the d-board is bad.

Good Luck.
