It shakes so violently, it knocked 2 holes in the wall. During the spin cycle, it also turned completely around backwards!! It's so loud it practically shakes the whole house.

If your washing machine shakes violently or if there's a loud thumping noise during the spin cycle, the load of clothes has probably gotten unbalanced. Open the lid, redistribute the clothes in the washer, then re-start it. Repeat these steps if necessary.

Sounds like it could be a few things. the tub sits on shocks attached to the bottom of the machine. If one of those are broken when it goes into high speed spin ght thing will bounce around violently. Also the tub hands on springs from the top. Its uncommon but one of those could have broken or let go. The cabinet will not move but the internal components can be destroyed by it.

There are 2 shock absorbers/springs attached to the drum. If one of them breaks it will cause a loud banging noise when you wash heavy loads. This is an easy fix. The part is about $22.00 and it is accessed throught the front bottom panel.

Machine legs should be adjusted so that machine is level and standing on all four legs. The load in the machine should be evenly distributed. Utube has an excellent video on washing machine repair.

Look in owners manual. I think these washers have a 1/2 hp. variable speed motor. make sure the washer is level from front to back and side to side, if its not that could be the problem. The motor has a lot of force, the squealing could be a bad bearing not sure.

we had the same issue. however, it was solved by removing for big screws from the back of the machine. if you look you'll see 4 screws with yellow covers that need to be removed. this solved the issue instantly.

The Shipping bolts need to be removed from the back of the unit?? they go thru a plastic sleeve once the bolts are out you can twist the plastic peice to remove them completely I think there are 3 of them

Not sure what you did, exactly. First, does the machine shake when spun empty...and then with water only? If so, you have probably failed to tighten something or misaligned something. Go over your work.

No shakes? Rearrange your load. You may have a pair of heavy wet jeans which is throwing the whole thing out of kilter. It only takes about a half pound of sodden clothing to do this.
