I have a new Technika wireless desktp mouse model H16BC1. I plug it into a USB port and switch on the PC but it does not work. Red light on the mouse is on, and blue light on the USB connection. Please...

IT DOES NOT COME WITH A DRIVER! Plug USB sevice in and press tiny restart button by blue light, turn mouse over and also press restart button and mouse works fine

I got a Technika opticcal mouse model H16BS1 from TESCO and it wont work on my Visa laptop but will on other XP laptop

i also brought a techhika one from tesco that works with vista

Technika optical wireless mouse not working

Make sure the mouse is linking to the wireless receiver on you have plugged into the computer (there should be a reset button on the mouse to establish a new link).

PD7250LSR and Vista?

install mouse software then restart
right click my computer properties
hardware and then devices
then right click mouse driver and click update driver
if mouse does'nt work after that then it won't be compatible

I have a technika webcam and it comes it with: "Sorry you have no video capture hardware" but I have vista is there anyway I can solve this 2 speak 2 my family on cam?? thanks x

you can find the drivers at: http://www.tesco.com/technika/drivers/TechWeb1.zip

however this didn't sort it out for me, hope it helps someone else :]
anyone have any other solutions? i'm on xp if it helps.

Techweb driver

Having a similar issue with another Tesco Technika product here myself (Digi-cam SH-A366).

Whilst looking about, I have found the following that lists some drivers for Tesco Technika products: http://direct.tesco.com/content/specials/technika.aspx

Whilst this link has not helped me any, it does include the techweb driver that should help out.

Below is a link to download Tesco's wireless mouse/keyboard drivers. It's a zip file so it will need to be opened and all files extracted before using. Tesco provides little information as to which what Operating Systems the drivers are for, just bundled them all together. Best of luck.
