Blue light on power button keeps blinking and I don't have a picture. Is the bulb toast or do I need to replace the color wheel AGAIN?

Sounds like a bad bulb, but you may need to have a technician come out and confirm for you that it is not something more.

There is an additional problem,

if the bulb had been replaced by a technician, call them back and ask for additional support, since they did not fix the problem.
