is there fuel coming out of filter. with it being a vortex motor it could be the fuel pressure is too low to open the fuel injectors or you have a cracked fuel line inside the intake manifold and not allowing the fuel to go out the injectors.
Listen closely to the drive, if it sounds like it is clicking then it is
probably not getting enough power through the USB. If you
received a cable with a split dual USB plug for extra power make sure
that both large USB plugs are in the computer while the smaller one is
attached to the drive, this will give it enough power to start working.
If it is not clicking and has plenty of power then it could be that it
is mapped to a drive letter that is already in use. Under device
manager, (right click my computer and select manage then click on disk
management) If you see the device in there then you can right click on
the bar graph representation of the disk and select to change drive
letter and paths. This will allow you to remove the conflict and have
it show up again.

- Sin soltar los botones, conecta el mp3 al usb del ordenador.
- Aparecer? un mensaje para formatear el mp3.
- Suelta los botones y pulsa el bot?n "Rec".
- El mp3 comenzar? a formatearse solo y volver? a funcionar.

- Press and hold down de "Func" and "Play" buttons.
- Connect the mp3 to computer's usb.
- A message of formating the mp3 will appear.
- Release de buttons and press de "Rec" button.
- Formating will start and in a few seconds the mp3 will work again.

Para quien tenga este problema con estos mp3 y todavía no lo haya tirado, esto es lo que hicé yo el otro día que lo encontré por ahí tirado:
- Quita la batería del mp3.
- Pulsa los botones de "Func" y "Play".

- Suelta los botones y pulsa el botón "Rec".
