This blue dots problem is due to defective blue lcd and related uv filters/ polarizers in optic block (light engine) and optic block will be replace to fis that issue. It would be costly fix and an experienced tech is needed to do the job. You can expect $1000 repair cost. Thanks.
thats a common symptom for that model which is usually related to the optical block. Very exspensive repair. Check with a sony authorized repair center as Sony has recognized the problem and offer assistance with certain models yours may be one of the ones affected.
