Hey, what i was told to do was to was to let it chrage as soon as you get it, so that the battery reconizes the full chrage. If you still have that one year warrenty i would use it and get a new one, so you can charge it to it's fullest extent and make sure not to drop it at any cost becuase that can short out the battery.
Your battery is gone, you will need to replace a new battery because the old battery is at it age. When you get a new battery, charge it 24 hour to fully charge it before you use, it is very crucial to maintaince the life of battery
