I have the same problem. Cable went out, hooked up an antenna and it scanned ok. Hooked up a diff amplified ant, worked the same. So watched videos. Next morning tuner would no longer scan or add channels. Now it will not even factory reset. Get to Auto Scan and it goes no further, cable or air.

I have a Syntax Olevia 532-b12 and ironically, the blue light is on when power is off (and turns off when the power is on...) I assume it's the same for the 537H

Comcast should be liable. This happened to me with my Olevia 437V Since Olevia went out of business and has no support your options are limited. You could take it to a local repair shop, although they may have problems getting any parts unless they can do a PCB level repair. It may be as easy as the tuner chip. There is a firmware upgrade but I no longer can find it, when it was available it was like $30. There tech stated that the upgrade wasn't related to the tuner but I was a little skeptical that maybe the DTV format was different than how the TV was original designed to accept. You maybe able to just get an external digital tuner also.

I don't think so! Some LCD panels have this option, but not Olevia. Unless you may raid thru the menu and find power save option: no signal shut down. I use to own One of the first "Olevias", but can't recall this option. But, newer "Olevias"are based on different platform, not those on "Wesitnghouse". Olevia use to be from Europe, now it's all China. I know, Audiovox has this feature.

To get that option you have to change the source to Tuner..
Press the source button on your remote or on the tv until you see tuner on the screen..Then press menu and down arrow until you see "Setup"

The difference between manual and automatic synchronization is very important. 1. Connect your mp3 player to the computer

2. Open Windows Media Player

3. Run the mouse cursor over the Sync tab – a little black arrow should appear under the word “Sync”

4. Click on the little arrow and a drop-down menu should appear

5. Select “Set Up Sync” in the drop-down menu

6. Uncheck the box that says “Sync this device automatically”
