Question about Nintendo Super NES Console
I received F-Zero for Christmas from my Girlfriend who got it at a used game store(Gamezilla). When I put the game in my SNES and turn it on I get nothing but a blue screen, if I press it down hard into the system I get a black screen. When I went to return the game, they cleaned it and tried it in their system it ran fine, but when I tried again at home I got the same results.
Is there something I can do to fix this at home or do I need to get the system refurbished(I bought it new in the early 90's)
Check your connections, try cleaning your snes system with some rubbing alcohol (the party where the game connects to the system), you might have to take it apart to do that...
one way we use to do with the NES was cut a piece of paper out to fit inside the game, make it wet with rubbing alcohol, then push the game in and pull it out a few times (of course if the paper gets stuck you'll have to take it apart to get it out.
SNES's are pretty cheap so u may have to purchase a new one
