I was able to fix my problem. Hopefully you have the same problem I had as it was only a 1 on a scale of 1 to 10 as far as difficulty to fix.
Short answer: Just pull out your oven and access the back side of the control panel and you should see the issue immediately. Should be free to fix.
Long Answer:
Get access to the back of your oven. Unscrew the two cover panels on back top of the oven. These panels give you access to the oven's control circuit board. Once the panels are removed you will see the circuit board which controls the oven. It is screwed down in a few places but the edges are merly 'snapped in' to a plastic mount. Over time pressing the 'up' button apparently was is much for the poor little plastic mount and the corner of the circuit board nearest the up button pops out. Push the card back into the mount and then reinforce the mount so the corner will not pop out again. I used a small round wood dowl that I just happened to find in the garage as a way to apply constant pressure against the mount. I put the dowl between the mount and the inside top of the oven. Not a very pretty fix but it works. Hopefully it doesn't get really hot back there. I pushed on the up button with the power on and confirmed everything was still working and then put everything back. Hope this helps. It was easy to fix.
this was SOOOOO perfect! The small brown plastic hook has only about 1/32" holding the circuit board and had just slipped off. I used a bit of stiff epoxy putty (plastic steel) between the back of the mounting clip and the box (maybe 3/8"), AFTER I pushed the circuit board back under the clip, to make sure it doesn't come out again. THANKS for this GREAT ADVICE!! I was just about to buy a new board when I didn't really have to.
i just snapped mine back in place, same problem with left side upper button thanks :)

Me too, I can only bake in the oven = to or
< 350° using “bake” or > 450° using “broil” on low. The broiler and oven
heating element are the same, so the broiler setting can be utilized to achieve
higher baking temps. Yesterday the up button started working again,
but today is no longer cooperating. This leads me to think that it is a
connection problem rather than the panel itself being bad, and I have seen some
other posts regarding other models with similar issues that have been resolved
by cleaning the ribbon connector between the pad and the board. I am going to
attempt this solution myself before spending $150+ on a new board.
