I needd to find a Print Driver for a Lexmark Z100 InkJet Printer that is Windows 98 Compatible. The driver that came with the printer is only Windows 2000/XP compatible.

Days after installing a new print cartridge in my Lexmark z1300, and having it work successfully, I suddenly received an error message saying the printer could not print because the cartridge needed to be reinstalled. Try to uninstall your printer driver. Follow steps in this article: How to
Uninstall Lexmark Printers. Reboot pc when prompted. When the printer turns on, check if your Windows 7 is running on 32-bit or 64-bit System Type. Go to Start menu -> right-click on Computer -> Properties. Take note of the system type.
To download the driver, visit the Lexmark website using the links below:
- Lexmark 6100 Series driver for Windows 7 32-bit- Lexmark 6100 Series driver for Windows 7 64-bit
Execute the file and follow the instructions on your computer screen.
Unfortunately, the printer is not compatible with Windows Vista and Windows 7. There are no printer drivers compatible with these operating systems. For Windows operating system, the printer is only compatible with Windows 98, XP, ME and 2000. Hope I can assist you more on this.
It would have been better if you posted the exact model number of your printer (e.g. Z2420, Z1300, X7675, etc.) and the operating system of your computer. But here's a link to the Lexmark website where you can download the drivers. Just click on the link: http://bit.ly/aiWCx4 . Type the exact model number (e.g. Lexmark Z2420, Z1300, X7675, etc.) on the bar just below the images of some of Lexmark's printers then hit Select. On the next page, choose the correct driver compatible for your computer's operating system. Download and install the driver. Hope this helps.
Hi more than likely the drivers that came with your printer are not compatible with Windows Vista, below is a link for the X3350 but at present they don't seem to have the X75 Vista drivers listed. If you email their support your should be able to request the driver.
