Check if you get it on all inputs. If so, the the light engine needs to be replace. It is unfortunately the most expensive part of the TV and the repair will cost around $1000 for parts and labor as you have to take the whole TV apart in order to replace the part.

Hi I have a samsung plasma PN50C550G1F I havve right now 2 vertical lines that seem to change color with the background picture. Tv powers up fine sound work perfect.

Vertical lines on a plasma TV are caused by either a failing x-buffer board or a loose connection at the flex cable between the panel and the buffer board. Sometimes just removing the flex cable, cleaning it, snd reinstalling it will fix it.

No picture, vertical colored lines

I have never heard of a warm-up problem on a digital television. Unlike the old CRT TVs and monitors, digital panels don't have to warm up. I would go with the TV repair persons assessment that you've got a bad panel.

How will i remove vertical green line from the desktop which is showing from few days.

If all your screens show a vertical green line, then your display is going bad and will need to be replaced.
If it is only on one screen, (like the desktop) then try changing the picture that you use for a background. My guess is that you see the line no matter what you do.

Vertical lines in the picture on light background only

It sounds like you have Image burn in on your crt's. This happens when you watch programs in 4X3 mode. (The sides are blacked or grayed out and the picture is centered in the screen). The only way to fix this is to replace the crt's. I wish I had better news. Let me know if I can be of further assistance

Vertical line on KDL-32s20l1

You'll get this abnormality some times due to the signal if you're watching regular analog picture and you have your TV set on full screen, the TV will stretch the picture and you will see more defects than if you're watching it on normal picture. But if you are seeing the same problem when watching HD picture it needs to be serviced try this link I found: http://www.moniserv.com/doc/lcdtv.html
