Question about Samsung LE40M91B 40 in. LCD TV
Unfortunately the only way to fix it is to replace the whole LCD panel. There is no way to fix the issue other than having someone replace the whole screen. They cost usually around $1000+ and repair shops usually charge about $200 in labor. It is usually less expensive to buy a brand new TV.
