How to download firmware for brother hl 6050dn, windows xp version

Select Downloads.

Under Step 1 click on the word Drivers;
Under Step 2 click on the phrase Windows XP Home/Professional
Under Step 3 click on the language English (or another preferred language)
At last click on the blue Search bar

The Full Driver & Software Package download should contain all the
necessary utilities this printer needs for installation on XP.
Click on More Information, take notice of "How to download and install" on the bottom page of this page:
