Hello sir; To reset H5 ,you have turn power on then open front door, press and hold exposure key while you closing front door.

Dose the copier show a error code? Like a H4??? If so you have a problem with the fixing unit. I do belive it can be reset, but the problem needs to be repaired aswell.
