My dell xps 12 can not detect the wired usb connection

Hi,

Go to Drivers & Downloads enter your service tag number, then select your operating system. Under Network, download and install the latest drivers.

Try these tweaks....
Start, control panel, device manager. Click on Network and then right click on your wireless adapter, left click properties, power management. Uncheck the box, allow computer to turn off this device to save power.
Go to the power options, and changed the Wireless Adapter Setting, from Maximum Power Setting to Maximum Performance.

Thanks..

I have a Dell XPS M1210 laptop for which I have just purchased a new 9-cell compatible battery. It worked great for a couple of hours, but now shuts off immediately when unplugged from the AC power supply....

You might want to try what I did when I had a completely discharged battery for my Dell Laptop. I attached the battery to the computer, make sure the computer is off and plug in the charger for a full twenty four hours (undisturbed). And this really worked. I had no problems with the battery. Good luck.

I had Dell M1210, I setup Window 7, but my Quickcam logitech did not work?? maybe the driver is not corect?? ThankS !!!

Hi,
I had this same problem as well... all you have to do is download the driver from Dell's website (go to dell.com -> support -> m1210 -> vista 32-bit), install the driver (get version 10.5.1), restart and then it still won't work. Then you have to:
1) Right click on my computer, and do manage 2) Go to the device manager and look for a missing device, and browse your computer for a driver 3) Pick C:\dell\drivers\R151795\Drivers\x32 as your folder 4) Click next and you're done! it'll work now
Good luck!
