Blower was running fine, stopped for a while and when I atempted to restart, it wouldn't start. Doesn't even try. It always started on first or second pull. This is a two cycle engine. I put a new plug in it, no help.

Basic things to check:

*if all of the above are OK and/or do not improve performance then:

Bmw 525d heater blower inoprative

With the blower turned on, try tapping the blower motor with something hard. If it restarts, then this is a failing motor. If it doesn't start, then check power to the motor. If it has power, then the motor has failed completely.

I have a Husqvarna 125BT blower. It runs fine but

GAP is the opening between terminals at the end of the spark plug ( on the threaded side of the spark plug) but spark plugs should come with the right gap from factory, as for your problem with to restart your blower it is ok just need to let cool down for 15 min or more.

Blower motor runs but dies out..

When it does this carefully feel the end of the blower motor. If it is too hot to touch,Replace the blower motor.
Your 5 minute off sequence allows the motor to cool enough for a restart.
