Sounds like a load out of balance. Try shifting the clothes then press the spin cycle. Sometimes unplugging the washer for a minute or two resets the timer. Are you over-loading with heavy items?
Check the shocks on the drum to make sure they are ok. if they wear out the drum spins out of balance and the computer wont allow it spine because it would WALK and damage itself.
I think I had same problem.. It was because my load was very unbalanced.. I had a hevy item with a few small items inside..
These front load washers have sensors for the weight balance.. If it is to heavy in one spot - it wont spin...
Mine wouldn't spin out the cloths very good,,they were real heavy and wet. I took the lines off of the pump and pulled it off,,,to my suprise,there was about $3 in change in the pump...cleaned it out and put it back together and it works great again. no idea what that had to do with the spin speed,,,,but it worked.....just an idea
