I cant get pictures of my samsung s5600 onto my laptop. ive installed everything that needs to be installed then i plug it in and 1. it doesnt show up in my computer then 2.the samsung new pc studio say my phone is unregistered, but unreugersted to what?

The easiest way to transfer the images is to remove the memory card and put that into your computer (assuming you have the appropriate reader built in). Otherwise you should be able to copy the pictures by plugging the camera into your computer by USB.

Most models will be recognized like an external storage device and you should be able to transfer from that. Very rarely some cameras need to be set into a PC / transfer mode in the settings before transferring by USB.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.


Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or, despite what I said first, you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

try to look for the drivers from samsung.com or samsungcamera.com

when you plug your camera to your PC go to MY COMPUTER then look for REMOVABLE DEVICE or SAMSUNG something....

u have a drvier cd with phone give u when u perchase that phone and when u connect your phone to pc it's show SamsungD900i found then u give path from yr drvier cd it's depend whitch OS u company give all most OS drvier built in CD u have to install software first which also located in CD then connect yr phone to pc as my sujjaction first install full softwre and drvier after connect yr phone to yr Pc and if u allready connect yr phone just plug out then install software and drviers after finesh installaction restart pc then connect yr Phone to OTHER USB prort. it's help u..:)

you need to install the samsung pc suite software on the phone to the pc using you usb cable or you can bluetooth it to the pc if you have a bluetooth adapter for the pc

1 Have you got Tom Tom home installed on your PC?
2 Have you got Tom Tom in the home 'cradle' with the usb lead attached?

I have both and have no proba at all
