Phone saying insert sim even though i have

Try a different sim card and if it works that mean your cell doesn't support that sim.. if it doesn't work your phone my be damaged (not completely, just the section where you insert your sim)

it may be the error withthe phone . reprogram it.

It's ispossible that your phone is sim locked into a specific network provider.

insert sim
or
insert correct sim?

Hi please follow below given steps

Insert sim > Turn it on >do  Slide up phone> Type 2945#*#> ENG. Mode menu should appear>Go Down to Factory Reset Select it(Wait for few min.)> This will reset the phone back to before the Phone was locked to a network> The phone will automaticaly Restart> Now insert Any simcard(Not tested with 3 sims)and the phone should turn on normaly> The phone is now unlocked and you can customise the setting as you like.
