Our washer dryer is not always draining after a cycle. When it's finished there is quite often a big puddle in the bottom of the drum and the clothes are soaking wet. any ideas?

Also, the clothes are quite often more damp than when we started when wwe tumkble dry them.

Please help!

My Hotpoint WD63 is not draining after wash, I have looked at other
solutions but these don't seem to help. I cant find the filter referred
to in other comments to clean it. I have tried putting the washer on
spin but this doesn't seem to help.

Hi, there is a big pool of water after a wash cycle. I'm assuming it is a blockage in the filter. How do I access the filter to check? Or could it be a different problem?

Hi

F1 code indicates an overfill condition which may cause when dishwasher can’t pump out dirty water due to a plugged drain hose.
open dishwasher fully ,dry up as much water as possible then put a hair dryer on hot and direct into the back of the cabinet you will see a grey plastic cover on the bottom floor this is the sensor run on full for about 5 - 10 minutes making sure the heat go into that area. Also don’t overheat your hair dryer, when finished close the dishwasher shut and start your normal cycle.

Washer giving F2 error during wash cycle, cycle doesnt finish

HI. this code represents a Long Drain issue.

If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes, the water valves are turned off and F02 is flashed.

Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.

NOTE: After 4 minutes the “Sud” error will be displayed, then 4 minutes later the F02 error code will be displayed.

Potential Causes

• Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked
• Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.
• Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects
• If the above does not correct the problem replace the pump

I have a Zanussi WDA1055W washer/dryer. I never

the water should only be filling up to approc 2in above the drum bottom...........look inside when its filling..........if its filling to nearly the bottom of the door you either have a faulty pressure switch or grit/dirt in the internal filter.......as a result the machine will not spin if there is too much weight in the drum

Door gasket or sealOver time, door gaskets and seals harden and lose their ability to seal properly. You can't repair the seals. You need to replace them if they've begun to leak.

Washer/Dryer not drying

is your dryer a conderser type
does it have a tank that you have to empty at the end of cycles
if it does the filter that condensers the water from drying cycle
if that is blocked it will not work
