This is a very old device. It was manufactured during the Windows 98SE OS era. They supported this device with driver all the way through Windows XP. There is no further support for this unit. If you cannot get Windows 7 to recognize the device using the Compatibility Mode for the most recent (Win XP) driver, then you are pretty much out of luck and need to upgrade.
