Internal Bluetooth card, service manual link: http://support.dell.com/support/edoc....htm#wp1179838 Make sure you have the correct drivers installed for your OS and make sure that both wireless and bluetooth are enabled in the system setup. To do this, boot into the system setup by rebooting your computer and tapping on F2. On the left pane, look for Wireless (navigate using the arrow keys) then hit Enter, then navigate to bluetooth, make sure the setting is set to ENABLED (complete instructions for navigations and options selections should be illustrated on the lower portion of the setup screen). Once ENABLED, reboot into your OS and go into to control Panel open the bluetooth icon, make sure your external Bluetooth device (phone/smartphone, etc.) is set to discovery. Search for the device to see if it is detected. The Bluetooth Icon will appear in the systray (lower right corner of your desktop task bar. Right click on that icon and then select the option you need. Make sure you enter the same device code in both the laptop and the device you want the computer to connect to. Hope this helps FixYa! Boot to the system BIOS and ensure that a Bluetooth card is actually installed and seen by the system. I'm pretty sure bluetooth is a option on the 1510 and you may not have a BT card.
