hi this is a very easy fix have you searched the web for quinny buzz inner tubes? ebat has loads if you are in the uk
or it is a 12 inch bent valve inner tube my advice is when you have repaired these put in tyre slime this will help any future punctures by repairing them immediatley and you wont even know very good stuff had it in mine and never had to pump them up good for any inflatable tyres with an inner tube
I just ordered new tyres and inner tubes from my local pram shop. 8.50 for tyres each and 5.50 for inner tubes. Pram centre in Glasgow. Also ordered a new front wheel for 29.
You don't need a whole wheel, inner tubes are available at most cycle shops - it is the same size as used on the small bikes for kids (12 1/2 x 1.75 x 2 1/4) - they cost around £4.50 and if you're not sure how to fit it, then they could probably do that as well.
